Results: Development of infrastructure supporting the building - extension of water line, storm and sanitary sewers, gas and power.  Grading construction and installation of parking lots and stormwater removal systems to support activities at a pair of 22,000 square foot office buildings constructed next to Pay Pal Lake.

E&A's Project Scope: Prepared subdivision platting, grading, paving, utility connections and storm sewer construction plans. Handled creation of utility easements, flood elevation certificates, FAA height determinations and pre-construction and construction surveying.
