Results: Construction of grading and installation of pavements and sidewalks, underground utilities, site lighting, landscaping, site drainage and storm water removal systems to support retail activities at Cabela's, the cornerstone development at Southport West.
E&A's Project Scope: Platting was prepared for Cabela's and John Q. Hammons as part of a Planned Unit Development. Cabela's site design included entrance and pedestrian walk ways to fit with La Vista Convention Center and Embassy Suites, accentuating site visibility. Cabela's civil engineering plans included grading, paving, utility connections and storm sewer construction plans. Civil plans were coordinated with Cabela's national architect, CRA. Construction staking was provided to support Weitz, the general contractor.
