Results: Commercial Development: Four retail buildings and three office buildings were designed and constructed or added to from 1996 to 2008. Installation of parking, storm sewer systems and utility connections support activities at each of the buildings.

E&A's Project Scope: Prepared platting, grading, erosion control, storm sewer, utility connections and paving construction plans. Obtained grading permits, managed erosion control reporting and provided surveying services. Prepared flood elevation certificates and letters of map revision for elevated area surrounding buildings to be removed from flood plain.
