Results: Construction of an upscale, open-air, lifestyle center featuring retail, entertainment and restaurant venues. Installation of infrastructure to create a "Main Street" atmosphere, including a decorative roundabout and angled on-street parking for the convenience of customers. Construction of several public streets, including: 170th, 174th, 175th, and Chicago streets. Development of Burke Street, a 1-mile long, 4-lane divided boulevard.

E&A's Project Scope: Designed and managed construction of public infrastructure system including: sewers, five public streets and a right-turn slip ramp to bring traffic directly from 168th Street into the development. Coordinated water, electrical and sewer systems and storm water detention facilities. Negotiated right-of-ways and access ramps with the City of Omaha and the Nebraska Department of Roads.
