Client: Douglas County, NE Project Size: 2.8 miles Construction Cost: $3.2 million Project Duration: 4 separate projects spanning over 5 years (1998-2003)
Results: Construction of a 3-lane Portland cement concrete roadway in three separate projects adjacent to nine planned subdivisions plus construction of "F" and "Q" Streets a quarter of a mile east and west. Paving for this project totaled 59,000 square yards.
E&A's Project Scope: Created preliminary through final roadway designs. Completed ownership plans, ROW designs and legal descriptions. Successfully coordinated utilities, residential access, driveway modifications and phasing to allow for simultaneous subdivision construction.
