A phone line dedicated to fielding inquiries from the public was also established. Messages were checked and followed up on the same day they were received. Construction of this road passed by several restaurants, three churches, two Millard Public Schools, city parks and an apartment complex.
E&A's Project Scope: Provided construction management, construction staking and public partcipation services for the project. Prepared documents and attended town hall meetings to get the project information to the residents and businesses along the route. Represented the City of Omaha on all correspondence with residents, businesses and schools.
