When a new monument is added to the database, the Monument Id is
assigned automatically. All information must be entered before the new
monument will be added to the database. Duplicate monument names are
allowed by use of the Active/Inactive Status field. For any given
monument name, there can be only one active monument, but multiple
inactive monuments may exist. Inaccurate information may be changed
through the "Edit" option on the main menu.
