Results: Construction of collector and distributor roads plus loops. Reconstruction of existing ramps. Cost savings were achieved by using the existing right-of-way. The design protected existing trees and accommodated future landscaping needs. Construction phasing plans allowed for temporary signals and opening two lanes of traffic in both directions during the "Nebraskaland Days" celebration.

Scope: Provided engineering design services for all phases including roads, loops and reconstruction of existing ramps. Created an improved drainage design. Assisted with public meetings.
