Results: Medical Development: Three medical office buildings were designed and constructed for University of Nebraska Medical Center just west of the Village Pointe Shopping Center. Installation of concrete and asphalt parking, storm sewer systems and utility connections support activities at each of the buildings.

E&A's Project Scope: We prepared site grading, erosion control, storm sewer, utility connections and paving construction plans for three different sites and updated the SWPPP for UNMC owned property. We obtained grading permits, managed erosion control inspection and reporting and provided pre-design and construction surveying services. E&A prepared much of the platting at Village Pointe.
