Results: Coordinated construction of one of the largest residential developments ever completed in Omaha and the development of the highly acclaimed Shadow Ridge Golf Course and Club. Shadow Ridge Golf Course is an 18-hole course that hosted the Nebraska State Amateur and State Junior tournaments as well as hosting PGA qualifying events.
This unique development concept included over 1,000 single family lots and 20 acres designated for commercial, office and civic uses.

E&A's Project Scope: Provided civil engineering services for the residential and commercial portions of the development including plans for extending the sanitary sewer interceptor and a regional lift station. Organized and assisted with public meetings.
