Results: Creation of one of the first low-impact subdivisions in the area. The subdivision features one lot per acre. Lots are placed to preserve more than half the overall site as undisturbed, wooded habitat. Grading and street lighting was minimized to maintain trees, protect nighttime views and maximize privacy for each lot.

E&A's Project Scope: Designed subdivision layout and managed construction of roads and utilities. Organized and assisted with public meetings. Helped secure waivers on street grades to meet the client's desire for maintaining the site in a natural state.
