Results: Construction of a mixed-use development including: single family homes, multi-family homes, large retail space, auto services and parts stores, banks and fast food. The development incorporated Omaha by Design elements. Pedestrian walkways, convenient parking and functional common spaces were featured to give residents easy access to essential services.

E&A's Project Scope: Provided subdivision design plans, construction management, erosion control and construction staking services for a mixed-use development. Organized and assisted with public meetings, review processes and final plat proceedings.
