Design Concept/Result: A combined commercial acreage and multi-family residential design that would create a livable and walkable neighborhood to include 96 apartment units, 16 townhouse units and 17,300 square foot of retail and medical office space. The design allowed for pedestrian connectivity, open space and stormwater BMPs.

E&A's Project Scope: Design a mixed-use plan to meet the developer's needs for density and maximum square footage and the neighborhood's request for a commercial connection and reduced multi-family residential living space.
