Design Concept/Result: A corporate office park for La Vista featuring four 5-story buildings with underground parking, a pedestrian plaza and urban park with room for supporting retail business. Concept drawings included 453,000 square feet of office space and 95,900 square feet of retail space.

E&A's Project Scope: Design a plan for revitalizing the Brentwood Crossing shopping center which had lost several key tenants.
