Results: Provided transportation planning consultant services for a large mixed-use development. A detailed traffic operations analysis resulted in recommendations for infrastructure improvements necessary to support the number of trips generated by this multi-phase development.

E&A's Project Scope: Used Synchro 7 software to evaluate highway and local roads operations. Used Sym Traffic software to evaluate queuing on the proposed highway intersections. Evaluated intersection operations based on peak-hour level-of-services calculations. Compared project operations under "no project" and "project" conditions to evaluate the benefit of the project. Documented methodology and results of all analyses in a traffic operations report for the client.
