Results: Redesign of the interstate interchange at I-80 and U.S. 183. Modification of the existing diamond interchange that included over 10 feet of grade change at ramp terminals. Realignment of the bridge structure to accommodate traffic. Redesign of Hwy. 183 north and south of the interchange.  Construction phasing allowing traffic to access existing businesses.

Scope: Provided engineering redesign services including roadway, drainage, erosion control, guardrail and phasing plans. Completed ownership and preliminary through final right-of-way design plans, legal descriptions, and condemnations.
