Results: The conversion of an existing 2-lane street into a 4-lane concrete paved arterial roadway with a new storm sewer system and improved water line, erosion control, sidewalks, traffic signalization, retaining walls, lighting, signing and striping.

E&A's Project Scope: Completed preliminary survey plans, and preliminary through final roadway designs. Completed ownership plans, ROW designs and legal descriptions. Created phased construction plans to maintain access to several existing businesses. Organized and assisted with the permitting process and public meetings.
