Results: Reconstruction of a 4-lane concrete roadway including storm sewers, retaining walls and sidewalks. The project was part of the replacement of an existing viaduct and approaches over Union Pacific Railroad property, plus a two-block section of urban highway north of the viaduct.
Scope: Provided engineering design services for the roadway portion of the project. Coordinated information between the Nebraska Department of Roads, the City of Columbus and Union Pacific Railroad. Assisted and organized project presentation at several public meetings.
